On 20th October 2021, our Polish subsidiary, Frigo Logistics Sp. z o.o. (FLP) has acquired all the issued share of Armir Logistyka Sp. z o.o. (Armir) and now it is the 100% subsidiary of Nichirei Logistics Group Inc.
FLP offers temperature controlled logistics services for customers such as supermarkets in Poland.
Armir also offers temperature controlled logistics services in Poland and it is good at fine-tuned delivery with its own trucks and four cross dock centers.
We believe we can achieve a great synergy between two companies.
