From October 14 to 21, 2025, Nichirei Logistics Group successfully held its first-ever “Nichirei Logistics Group Global Meeting”.
As part of our medium-term management plan, we have identified “accelerated growth through investment in overseas bases and synergy creation” as one of our core strategies. This meeting was organized to strengthen collaboration and communication across the Group, bringing together a total of 49 participants, including the managing directors of our subsidiaries in Europe, China, and ASEAN countries.
The Tokyo program, held in the first half of the meeting, featured presentations on the overall strategies and business operations of Nichirei Logistics Group and the Nichirei Group, along with site visits to logistics centers in the Kanto region.
Group work sessions were also conducted to encourage open discussions and idea-sharing, providing valuable opportunities for participants to engage in constructive dialogue toward future collaboration and the development of new synergies.
During the cross-cultural program, participants gained insights into Japan’s unique values and cultural differences, with many expressing how deeply moved they were by the experience.
Following the Tokyo program, the latter half of the meeting featured the Vietnam program, including site visits to the logistics center of Nichirei TBA Logistics Vietnam LLC, which began operations last year, and to several major port areas. These visits provided participants with valuable insights into our business in Vietnam. Through this comprehensive program, participants strengthened their commitment to enhancing our global network, laying a strong foundation for future growth and collaboration.
