Nichirei Logistics Group Inc. (“NLG”) announces that, as part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen our business structure in Malaysia and to advance our brand strategy across the Group, we have changed the company names of two local subsidiaries as outlined below.

1. Overview of the Name Changes

2. Objectives of the Name Changes

   NLG has been building an integrated temperature-controlled logistics platform in Malaysia, combining warehousing and transportation, and has steadily expanded its operating base in the market. These name changes are intended to clarify each company’s role and further enhance the value we deliver as a Group, as well as brand recognition.
   For the warehousing business, now operating as Nichirei Logistics Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., we will feature the “Nichirei” brand more prominently to clearly convey the Group’s long-standing strengths in safety, quality, and reliability.
   For the transportation, distribution, and cross-border functions, now operating as Thermotraffic Asia (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., we have adopted the “Thermotraffic” brand, which has a proven track record in international transport services in Europe. Through this, we will further expand our cross-border transport services connecting Malaysia with markets across ASEAN under a unified global brand strategy.
   NLG will continue to strengthen its operating foundation and expand its network worldwide, contributing to the development of temperature-controlled logistics as a key social infrastructure, particularly for food.
